 Here are the details and Booking Form for our Annual Lunch which is taking
  place on Saturday 9th March at The Downend Folk House\, Lincombe Barn\, O
 verndale Road\, Downend\, Bristol BS16 2RW.  We are really pleased that o
 ur guest speaker will be Dr Andrew Morrisson who was Organist and Master o
 f the chorister at St Andrew's Cathedral\, Aberdeen for over 30 years and 
 is a close friend of our President Nick Sherwood.\n\nThis year we have dec
 ided to offer a two course buffet lunch which will include hot boiled pota
 toes and a selection of salads which should meet a wide range of dietary r
 equirements. We have been able to include a vegan option. The only choice 
 you will need to make is your dessert\, rounded off by cheese and biscuits
  and coffee/tea.\n\nThe event will commence at 12 noon with a welcome drin
 k with the sit down lunch commencing at 12.30.  As usual after the food w
 e will welcome our guest speaker.\n\nPlease complete the booking form as s
 oon as possible and return it to me no later than Friday 23 February.  I 
 am very happy to receive a scan or photograph of the second page of the fo
