The case and some of the pipework is by Renatus Harris (1708)\, bu t most of the pipes date from rebuilds in 1826 by John Smith and in 1869 b y WG Vowles. The organ has three manuals and pedals\, and again has tracke r action following a major overhaul in 1997 by Roger D Taylor\, the organ builder from Burrington\, who also added four new stops. A new Solo Trumpe t was added to the Choir in 2008\, the organ's 300th year: there are now 3 4 stops.
