DESCRIPTION:Henry Fairs | organ\nHenry Fairs\, Professor of Organ at the Un
 iversität der Künste Berlin\, will be playing at St Mary's Wotton-under-

 	Innig\n 	Nicht zu schnell\n 	Adagio\n\n\n\nMichael Radulescu (1943-2023)
              Estampie\n\nPercy Whitlock (1943-1946)          
          Fidelis &amp\; Fanfare from Four Extemporisations \n\nFrom 
 2005-2020 he taught at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire (U.K)\, and was 
 a Visiting Professor at the Musikhochschule Leipzig from 2018-2020. He has
  been an Honorary Professor of Organ at the University of St Andrews since
  2014.\nHe enjoys playing and teaching a broad\, eclectic repertory: curre
 ntly with a strong focus on the organ output of JS Bach (in a project invo
 lving research and performance of the organ works and the chorale fantasia
 s of Max Reger. In addition\, he has in recent years been occupied with th
 e performance of 19th- and 20th-century music\, including complete perform
 ances of organ music by Jehan Alain (2011)\, Liszt (the three great works 
 -2011)\, Reubke\, Olivier Messiaen (2008) and Maurice Duruflé and has pre
 miered several works by the Austrian composer &amp\; organist\, Franz Dank
 sagmüller.\n\nThis recital is part of the Elmore Chamber Music Festival.\
