Born and educated in St Albans, Timara has given recitals in many major churches and cathedrals across the UK. In addition, Timara is a prolific transcriber of music for the organ; in particular the piano music of Erik Satie and Louis Vierne, for example his Suite Bourguignonne, Op.17.
