Thursday lunchtime recitals are a long-standing tradition at St Mary Redcliffe. The church has a four manual pipe organ by Harrison and Harrison of Durham, which is highly regarded as a masterpiece of the early twentieth century.

St Mary Redcliffe has always had a very strong connection with Clifton College, so we are delighted to welcome Jude as he prepares to leave Bristol to go onto further studies. Programme to include Bach, Dupre and an organ duet with current Head of Music at Clifton James Drinkwater.

Anthony joins us from the Royal Academy of Music with an exciting programme celebrating the British composer, Stanford in his centenary year. Programme to include his Fantasia (In Festo Omnium Sanctorum) along with other beloved classics.

Connor takes us back to Liszt’s height of fame with an authentic recreation of the type of recitals he was giving in the 1840s. The programme includes Liszt’s arrangements of Weber, Mozart and Rossini.
